Fundraising Opportunities
LOOKING FOR A FUN AND EASY WAY TO RAISE MONEY?
Selling tickets to an Arena Racing event is a fun and easy way to raise money for your school, church, charity or youth sports team.
We have taken all of the hassle out of getting started. Simply choose a race date from our schedule and then call 804-835-5211 to speak with one of our Fundraising Representatives to confirm the date and to get your program set up. After hanging up, you and your group can start selling tickets immediately to earn revenue with each ticket. It's that easy!
TIPS ON SELLING TICKETS
There are 2 ways for your group to sell tickets:
- Person to Person sales - this is a great way for your group to meet individuals to talk about your organization and to explain/describe how fun and exciting Arena Racing really is.
- Encourage prospects to purchase online at www.arenaracingusa.com - we will set up a unique URL which your group can share via your group's website, email blast, social media, newsletters, banners, postcards, etc. to encourage sales. This is convenient way for members to make sales without the headache of handling money.
REWARD TOP SELLERS
Your group's top sellers can be a part of the show. Reward the person that sells the most tickets with the honor of giving the most famous command in racing: "Drivers, start your engines!" and the opportunity to wave the green flag to start the race.
Is the next American Idol in your group? Or can everyone in your group sing? Sell 200 tickets and your group has the option of singing the National Anthem during our Opening Ceremonies!
MORE PERKS
In addition to the money you'll raise by selling tickets before the race, your group has the option of setting up a booth/table inside the Richmond Coliseum to attempt to raise more money from the folks that didn't buy tickets from you.
And last but not least, your group's name, logo, website, phone number and short message can appear on the Coliseum's LED board throughout the night. We can even include your group's message as part of our nightly announcements to the crowd during the evening.
